‘Kottabos, named for an Ancient Greek drinking game, is one of Boschkloof Winery’s more adventurous, less traditional wines. Made of 100% Chenin Blanc, this wine sees time in contact with the skins (unusual for white wines), giving it additional texture and flavors of tangerine, apricots, ginger and spice.
