Started as a dream by Portland native Jimi Brooks in 1998, his son, sister and best friend have made it their mission to keep the winery his living legacy and fulfill his dreams of making the winery as sustainable as possible. Not only did the winery become certified biodynamic in 2012, but they have planted over 60,000 trees all over the world since partnering with Ecologi in 2001. This white blend is made up of 27% Pinot Blanc, 25% Muscat, 21% Riesling, 17% Gewurztraminer, 10% Pinot Gris. With a light body and flavorful notes of peach, lychee, lemon and citrus blossom this wine is an excellent choice for a variety of dishes including fish tacos with a tropical fruit salsa.
