Burgo Viejo - Rioja Crianza

Rioja, a region in the north of Spain, mainly produces Tempranillo in a balanced way with good fruit, spice, acid and tannin. This wine is no different with subtle oak spiced notes, a hint of smoke and red berry fruits. Always have Rioja with salami, cured meats and especially Chorizo. The spice and fat soften the wine for a really fantastic pairing.
