Family owned and operated by the Hurtado family since 2003, Calcu cultivates its wines in coastal, granite-heavy soils and a climate that benefits from a cool sea breeze. These ideal growing conditions and Calcu’s emphasis on sustainable farming practices has set up the winery to produce some of the freshest wines on the market today. This white is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon and produced from fruit grown at the base of the Andes Mountains. You can expect a refreshing, crisp body with notes of tropical citrus, green apple, ripe pear and pineapple. Pair with goat cheese, seared scallops or a roasted chicken dish.
