One of the Piedmont's most important white varietals, Cortese is know for it's light, zippy and refreshing citrus. The nose is faint, but pretty, and offers lemon zest and shaved red apple. The palate has a bouncing, spritzy character and generous acidity. Pair with Parmesan Crusted Salmon.
