Cantina Berritta is a small, certified organic family owned and operated winery tucked away near the Sardinian coast. With just 13 hectares, they utilize 10 hectares for vines and the other hectares for olive trees. They have been certified organic since 2019 and take great pride in maintaining the land, the valley having been the symbol of post-WW2 economic rebirth in Sardinia. This white wine is grown on 25 year old vines in volcanic, granite soils about 120 meters above sea level. You can expect notes of ripe melon, almond and a touch of salinity. Pair with crudo or other seafood dishes.
