Located in the heart of Campania, Italy, sibling winemaking duo Giovanni & Eleonora Morone pride themselves on crafting top quality wines from indigenous Campanian varietals using organic farming and winemaking methods. Albanora's fruit comes from 40-50 year old, sparsely planted vines within a single vineyard. These low yielding vines provide grapes that are both concentrated and that impart a true sense of place in the wine. Expect flavors lemon, stone fruit, hazlenut and a touch of beeswax and white pepper on the finish. Pair this bottle with smoked mozzarella, seared scallops or grilled chicken thighs.
