San Biagio Vecchio Winery resides just outside of Bologna, Italy, in Torre di Oriolo, and is also known for producing wheat flour. This wine is made with 100% Centesimino grapes, which is an important grape for Torre di Oriolo because it survived the European phylloxera outbreak during the late 19th century. This full-bodied red produces notes of dark fruit, herbs, cloves, and vanilla. Pair with lamb chops or aged cheeses.
