Established in 1948 and with familial winemaking roots going back to 1837, Cantine Povero prides itself on not simply making wine, but on creating an experience in a bottle. Their Barbera d'Asti is no exception. With fruit grown at an altitude of 322m, this bottle is rich in bright flavors of cranberry, ripe raspberry and blackberry bramble, with touches of dried herbs and leather. This bottle would make a fantastic partner to roasted root vegetables and herbs, tajarin pasta with truffles or crispy duck breast.
