A Santa Lucia Highlands sparkling wine, the Brut Cuvee is composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir and offers a smooth yeasty nose. Our sparkling wines are always a méthode champenoise vintage product. The consistency of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Highlands makes it possible to deliver these distinct bubbles dependably year after year. Translucent yellow. Persistent and vigorous pinpoint bubbles; generous mousse. Rich red and citrus fruits highlighting juicy honey crisp apple and fresh lemon. Yeasty glazed donut; brioche toast balanced with soft florals and chalky minerality. Racy lime, sugared lemon wedge, pineapple and kumquat fruit notes backed by hints of intergrated yeastiness throughout. Very bright and fruit forward, salivating crips finish.
