Caracol Serrano - Red Blend

The Jumilla region of Spain is known for its hot summers, low rainfall, sandy soils - and for the full, smooth red wines that these conditions allow it to produce. Caracol Serrano is a red blend made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Monstrell and Syrah. It shows rich flavors of blackberry, ripe raspberries and cassis with gentle notes of cocoa and black pepper, as well as silky smooth tannins. Pair it with braised beef, hearty stews or smokey barbeque dishes.
