Owned by oenologist and winemaker Margarida Serôdio Borges, Casa de Bouça is well known for incorporating traditional and modern winemaking methods in their production. Their vineyards are a collection of old and new vines, with some vines aged 30-40 years and some vines dating back almost a century. This medium-bodied wine is manually harvested and undergoes stainless steel fermentation and aging on fine lees. Notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and subtle florals are present throughout. Pair with crab and lobster dishes, chicken curry, and fresh cheeses.
