The lands of Fattoria Casabianca stretch between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena in the heart of Tuscany. They are a working organic farm producing olive oil and wine. While they predominantly grow Sangiovese, they also grow other native variteals including Canaiolo and Malvasia. This red blend has a soft but full body and is made from 80% Sangiovese while the other 20% is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Canaiolo and Colorino. With tasting notes of cherry and wild fruit, chianti always pairs well with tomato-based pasta dishes such as spaghetti bolognese or game meat such as wild boar or venison.
