This gentle sparkler from the Veneto in Italy is created from gentle pneumatic pressing. A slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by a second fermentation in pressure tank lasting four weeks. On the palate, the wine has delicate apple and citrus fruit flavors combine with the gentle bubbles for a refreshing, aromatic, easy drinking fizz.
