From the relatively unknown region of Lazio in and around the city of Rome, this white blend is Trebbiano, Vermentino and Fiano. These classic white Italy grape varieties all lend important flavors and structure to the wine. Trebbiano adds nutty richness, Vermentino citrus and acidity and Fiano a floral quality. Together, this wine is bright and refreshing with great body. It is left on lees for 2 months to add even more texture and flavor. Pair with foods from the sea to match the wine's satly livelines and savory backbone. It also goes well with vegetables and lighter meats.
