DO Valdeorras, located in Galicia, uses top-quality Gadello grapes from vines planted in slate and granite soils with a touch of clay. The best bunches are handpicked, destemmed, and crushed before a brief maceration of 8-12 hours and slow fermentation with indigenous yeast. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks until bottling. This light-hued white offers a bouquet of lemon and pear, with vibrant citrus and ginger notes. It pairs excellently with seafood, especially fried oysters, clams, and fish and chips.
