'Catalpa' is the vineyard's premium line and is named for a South American tree that grows on the estate and has beautiful, aromatic white flowers and pod-shaped fruit. This wine is made from 100% Malbec which is harvested by hand before spending 12 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Tasting notes of voilets, blackberries and subtle notes of coffee and tobacco make this a great pairing for roasted pork, a creamy mushroom sauce or blue cheese. It can be enjoyed now or aged for up to 8 years.
