NV Cava Sutra is a cava made by Bodegas Antonio Arráez. The grapes (Macabeo and Chardonnay) come from selected vineyards of the Valencian High Plateau. The clay soils and oriented to the north make these grapes reach a real balanced maturity, with soft acidity and a great fruity character.
