Celestia White - Costers del Sio

Costers del Sió Winery, located in Catalonia, Spain, was founded by Juan de Porcioles in 1992, driven by his dream of owning land for cattle and cultivation. He planted the first vineyard, Vinya Vella, in 1998, marking the winery's inception. Today, alongside wine production, the estate cultivates olive trees and grains. The property hosts a range of varietals, from Tempranillo to Sauvignon Blanc, and the team enjoys experimenting with new varietals and clones. This blend of Viognier and Macabeo is a light-bodied white with notes of peach, tropical fruit, and a hint of white flower. It pairs beautifully with tapas and seafood dishes like ceviche.
