Juan de Porcioles had a dream of living in the country and cultivating the land. In 1992, he bought property in the Costers Del Segre region of northeast Spain and six years later, he planted his first vines - and the rest is history! ‘Celistia’ is a blend of 70% Tempranillo and 30% Syrah that sees five months in French and American oak. Enjoy this alongside cured meats or grilled lamb shanks to let its dark forest fruit, crushed gravel and toasty vanilla notes shine.
