When you think about Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon blends, your mind most likely goes to the rolling, southern vineyards of Tuscany - and most of the time, you would be correct! 'Bron & Ruseval' however hails a single vineyard in the northeastern village of Forli, within the Romagna region. Expect notes of blackcurrant, cherries and plums, with touches of mint, cocoa and leather, and structured tannins. This is truly a wine that will change over time in the glass, offering something new with every sip. It would make a fantastic partner to braised beef tips with roasted root vegetables.
