This white field blend comes from the Chalmers family's Northern Heathcote vineyard. It is fragrant and highly perfumed, showing notes of cardamom, ripe grapefruit, and cantaloupe. Strong acid and a hint of almond and passionflower bring this unique wine to a close. Enjoy with a baby spinach salad, topped with fresh Bartlett pear slices and chevre!
