Grown in the Languedoc region in southern France this wine is made from the varietal, Picpoul. Facing the Mediterranean, the grape thrives in the warm, dry climate that sees over 300 days of sun a year. The vineyards themselves are planted around Thau Lagoon, Europe's largest oyster pond. This crisp, refreshing white is a favorite of our staff and is perfect for warm days spent at the beach. With tasting notes of lemon, citrus and peach paired with a balanced salinity and acidity, it is an excellent pairing for seafood, especially fresh oysters.
