Marine & Paul Charavin’s 2024 ZouZou White is a spirited, food-friendly wine from their family estate in Rasteau, in the southern Rhône Valley. Biodynamically farmed, the blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Grenache Gris, and Clairette captures freshness and purity with minimal intervention. Pale gold in the glass, it offers aromas of white peach, kiwi, citrus blossom, and lychee. On the palate, bright acidity and a hint of minerality lead to a crisp apple finish. Light-bodied yet layered, it pairs beautifully with trout en papillote, strong cheeses, or pasta with lemon zest and olive oil. Its lively personality also makes it an ideal aperitif, showcasing the Rhône’s sunny elegance.
