Managing vineyards and producing 100% estate owned and grown wine for generations, Domaine Charles Gonnet is located in the center of the Savoie Region of the French alps. This certified organic winery has vines with an average age of 45 years growing in both clay-limestone and marl soil. This variety of Jacquère was hand harvested and naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel giving it notes of melon, lemon, and passion fruit with a touch of salinity. Pair this wine with buttery shellfish dishes, grilled fish, or chicken kiev.
