Chateau Bonnet can be found tucked away west of Bordeaux, France. This red is a blend of 60 % Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are harvested during the middle of September and then fermented in stainless steel. On the nose, you can find notes of black and red fruits; with just a touch of pepper. A red wine with these characteristics is best enjoyed with grilled white meats or a lentil soup.
