Château Bonnet has been run by the winemaking Perrachon family dating back to 1820, with the first commercial bottling taking place in 1950. Now run by third generation siblings Charlotte, head winemaker, and Julian, vineyard manager, the estate continues to cultivate excellent and reliable wines in the Bourgogne region of France. This dry, crisp expression of Chardonnay was grown on 10-year-old vines in clay and silty-sand soil then harvested by hand, all a testament to Château Bonnet’s philosophy and commitment to organic farming. Notes of white flowers, citrus, and ripe pear create a fresh elegance on the palate. This wine is best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with a celebration!
