Chateau Coupe resides within a small village in Minervois, France and is also known for their succesful olive groves which are known to produce a unique and delicious olive oil. This organic winery is nestled close to the Black Mountain range and the clay-limestone terroir gives their grapes a wonderful acidity and aroma. This rose is formed from a wonderful blend of red varietals that come together to create a beautiful pink color. With juicy red fruit notes of strawberry and watermelon pair this wine with a charcuterie or chicken dish.
