Known for its organic and biodynamic production, Château Couronneau has roots in winemaking dating back to the 15th century. Current owners Christophe and Bénédicte Piat have diligently restored the historic property while cultivating elegant wines. A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sauvignon Gris, this light-bodied wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. In your glass expect to find notes of lime, grapefruit, and ripe green apple. Pair with oysters and basil pesto pasta.
