The Chateau d’Arche is a certified organic winery that dates back to 1611 and is located in the village of Sauternes. When most of us hear Sauternes we think dessert wine, but ultimately Sauternes is a region in Bordeaux that produces wonderful sweet and dry wines. This Bordeaux Blanc is a fuller bodied dry white made with 85% Semillon and 15% Sauvignon Blanc. A well balanced wine, the citrus notes are rounded out with toasty notes and a hint of creaminess from aging on the lees. Pair with white fish in a lemon cream sauce.
