Chateau de Cruzeau has existed since the 17th century until production stopped in the 19th century due to an insect outbreak. It was restored to its former glory in 1975 and has been producing excellent wines since. This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc and has notes of peach, pear, lemon and just a touch of oak from the time it spends in barrel. This wine pairs well with french cheeses such as Camembert or Gruyere.
