Château de la Galissonière "Hell Celt" - Muscadet Sèvre et Maine

This is a Non-Vintage Melon de Bourgogne from Muscadet Sèvre et Maine in the Loire Valley in France. Muscadet is a high acid white with flavors and aromas of green apple, lemon, and pear. The wine does see some lees aging (sur lies) which adds body to this lighter style. Muscadet is a class pairing with oysters, and also pairs nicely with soft cheeses, light salads, and fish dishes.
