The Archimbaud-Bouteillers are particularly focused on red grapes like Grenache and Mourvedre, however, are known to grow fine white varietals as well. Grown in clay and limestone, the planted grenache is brought into the blend for its fruit and power, the Mourvedre is added to finished wines for its spiciness, and the Cinsault invites softness and fresh fruit aromas to the glass. Their vines average 50 years of age, and some of their parcels are more than 80 years old. 

Pair this youthful, fresh rose with paella, grilled meat, or an Asian meal.
