This blend from one of our favorite regions, Anjou, is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc. A biodynamic certified wine that is aged in concrete barrels for 11 months. The first thing we thought when we tried this wine was Thanksgiving pairing! Expect fruit forward notes of dark plums, blackberries, followed by savory notes of roasted red pepper, also liquorice and freshly ground black pepper.
