This certified organic winery started over 130 years ago when an ancestor of the Cadart family decided to become a winemaker. Since then it has been passed down from generation to generation while actively engaging in environmental conservation including sustainable farming. Today, the winery covers 30 hectares and grows many native French varietals including Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Grown on 55 year-old vines in flint clay soils, this Sauvignon Blanc spends 6 months on the lees and you can expect tasting notes of nectarine and tropical fruits including pineapple. Pair this wine with white meats, trout or regional French cheeses.
