This certified organic winery started over 130 years ago when an ancestor of the Cadart family decided to become a winemaker. Since then it has been passed down from generation to generation while actively engaging in environmental conservation including sustainable farming. Today, the winery covers 30 hectares and grows many native French varietals including Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Grown on 50 year old vines, this blend is made up of Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir creating a medium-bodied red with notes of red fruit that are complemented by velvety tannins. Pair with red meats, Camembert cheese and duck.
