Brothers Lionel and David are currently in charge of this 120 hectare property in the region of Bordeaux, making them the 4th generation of the family to do so. Started over 50 years ago, the family owned just 41 acres and has since not only tripled its size, but invested in efficient equipment including solar panels and a wastewater treatment plant. The vines grown on the property rage in age from 25-30 years old and thrive in clay-limestone soils.This red is a blend of 80% Cab Sauv, 10% Merlot, 10% Cab Franc creating a medium bodied wine with aromas of dark fruit and violet complemented by fine tannins. Pair this food-friendly wine with grilled meats or even pizza.
