This particular area is defined by its limestone clay soils and favorable climate for cultivation. This light-bodied wine is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle, and Ugni Blanc and is hand harvested and aged in stainless steel vats. Notes of fresh strawberries, cherries, watermelon, and peaches are met with a well-rounded balance. Pair with tapas, shrimp dishes, and mango desserts.
