We love this Bordeaux style blend on its own, but also think it’s a great one to consider for pairing with holiday meals! Starting with complex aromas of ripe berries which follow on the palate, as well as dark plums and cherries. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, you can expect a bit of tobacco and cocoa nib as well, and a bit of acidity which balances out the lingering rich fruit.
