Chateau Saint Seurin is owned by Winemaker Reanaud Jean and his wife. Their winery lies outside Bordeaux in the wine region of Entre-Deux-Mers. Saint Seurin was the name of an old chapel that used to lie on a plot of which the vineyard currently sits. Enticing and rich notes of Blackberry, black plum, tobacco, and surprisingly enough graham cracker! Pair with Beef Wellington with Mushroom sauce.
