Thivin's estate was built in the fifteenth century and is the oldest on Mont Brouilly. Lighter than most Côte de Brouilly, it offers sleek blueberry and blackberry, a pleasant flinty nose of licorice and violet, and the iconic brambly, leafy Brouilly feel. This is an excellent wine with a touch of age kicking in and is really developed. Pair this with Smoked Meatloaf!
