Located in the heart of Moldova, Chateau Vartely is doing its part to make put the largely undiscovered wine region of Codru on the map. From vineyard to bottle, every step of the winemaking process is handled with care and precision at the Chateau. This rose is a blend of Syrah and Malbec, giving a beautiful magenta-tinged robe in the glass, and a lively bouquet of fresh picked strawberries, juicy red cherries and hints of white flowers. While this wine is easy to sip on the porch all by itself, it would also make a great partner to pasta salad, pork tacos or grilled chicken flatbread.
