Bernard and Dominique Doublet are the current owners of Château Vignol. The vineyards are planted with 15-year-old vines in limestone-rich soil with a top layer of gravel.
On the nose you are treated with stone fruits and citrus. While on the palette you will find clear hints of lemon carried along by the wines medium-heavy body. This dry and fresh-tasting Bordeaux white would make an excellent selection for salads with seafood, poultry, lean fish, and mild-young goat cheese.
