The Berthier family Domaine was founded in 1983 and today is still family owned and operated by brothers Clement and Florian. This certified organic winery lies in the Loire Valley, and the grapes are grown in vineyards just west of Sancerre. Clément and Florian bring a fresh, modern touch to Loire Valley winemaking with their L’Instant Blanc. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, the 2024 vintage bursts with aromas of white flowers, grapefruit, and quince, leading to notes of ripe pear with a hint of exotic fruit in the mouth. Bright acidity and crisp minerality give it a lively, refreshing finish. Medium-light and versatile, it will shine by itself or alongside an array of flavors. Try grilled artichokes or oysters, goat cheese crostini, asparagus risotto, or simple pan-roasted fish.
