This wine is 80% Grenache then a smattering of Cinsault, Terret Bouret, Aramon and several other local varietes. They are grown at a fairly high altitude for an otherwise hot region, so there is an added freshness due to boosted acidity because of this altitude.

Pairs great with yellow curry!
