60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. Made by the first organic winery in Vacqueyras, the fruit comes from the lowest slopes on the highest vineyard in the appellation. The wine is deceptively light, as it packs a punch beyond its appealing nose of strawberry, raspberry, and red plum with a firm tannic grip, a grainy texture, a crunchy mouthfeel, and a long spicy finish. An approachable wine that keeps on giving with every taste.
