This estate is made up of only one hectare, and the grapes are grown in soil that is a mix of clay and pebble deposits. The pebbles warm during the day and then give off heat at night, which allows the grapes to ripen perfectly. This wine is 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillion, and in your glass you can expect to find aromatics of citrus fruit and white flowers. In the glass, the wine has a wonderful weight and texture and will linger on the finish. Pair with a buttery fish dish.
