Clos Henri - Sauvignon Blanc

This wine hails from the historical Greywacke River Stone soil, and is the estate flagship wine. Clos Henri Sauvignon Blanc expresses a distinctive minerality (flintiness) and elegance underlined with excellent fruit purity. This is due to that river stone soil in Greywacke which is actually a convergence of three different soil types and the vineyard sits on a fault line, giving it a storied past in terms of dirt. It is a wine of complexity and great aging potential which will gradually reveal with age the authenticity of its origins.
