Scott and Lisa Neal have been making wine in the heart of Willamette Valley since 1998, when they moved to pursue making the next great pinot noir. The vineyard is farmed organically with a focus on regenerative practices. This Pinot Noir is made up of grapes from each of the four original plantings at the vineyard, giving us a wine that is beautifully balanced. Expect to find aromatics that resemble the Pacific Northwest forest floor, in addition to notes of wild black cherry, blackberry and baking spices. Pair with crispy pork belly.
