Sandro Ruffo found an interest in winemaking at a very young age, but took a break from the field to pursue a career in law. Over time his passion for wine crept back in and he decided to fully commit himself to winemaking, moving to Tuscany in the process. There he founded Colle Petruccio, named after the historic hill his vineyard is located on. Sandro Ruffo brings us this organic Sangiovese with notes of bright cherry, oregano, and a touch of leather. A glass of this would pair perfectly with spaghetti, pizza, or an herbaceous grilled chicken.
